Consultation

One of our experienced and professional Designer Consultants will come to your house to meet with you. While there they will show you a variety of pool designs and help identify what you are looking from your pool. Measurements of the backyard are taken so that the designer can work on an accurate design.

 

3-D Pool Design

Every client upon their deposit receives a 3-D CAD computer generated design before we begin construction. These realistic renderings allow you to see all the elements of your pool design, landscape, lighting, outdoor living, outdoor kitchens and all the additional elements a homeowner would like to integrate home and backyard. During this stage, a client can make revisions and improvements. Upon approval of the client’s design and shop drawings, the layout, along with an approved survey provided by the client surveyor and proper soil engineering tests have been provided, we will to create detailed architectural and engineering drawings to start the permitting and layout process.

Materials Selection

Once a design has been approved, our design team meets will provide the client with samples of tile, plaster, decking and stone if applicable to be integrated in the pool and deck build-out.
